D & P LIFELINE

Affordable Phone Services for Qualifying Households

If you are part of a low-income household, your household may qualify for a Lifeline discount. Lifeline is a federal program for households with limited income.

To receive this discount, you must first qualify. You can qualify for Lifeline through a government assistance program or your income. Next, choose D & P Communications as your service provider. Ask D & P for a Lifeline application. Once you fill this out, submit it to us to claim your discount.
